By signing this consent form, you are authorizing Manitoba Student Aid to disclose information about your student financial assistance account to the individual or agency listed below. This may include personal information such as your application status and program information for the purposes of processing your account.

Request for Appeal Form

If you were denied financial help or you think the amount you received is too low, you can appeal your assessment. Please note that your appeal will only be considered if your situation allows for an exception to our policy.

Sponsoring Agency

If you are receiving funding from an agency other than Manitoba Student Aid (MSA), Training and Employment Services (TES) or Employability Assistance for People with Disabilities (EAPD), please have your sponsoring agency complete this form. If you are a TES or EAPD client, please contact TES or EAPD and they will submit your funding information directly to MSA.

If you already submitted a full-time application online and now you need to submit a second full-time application for the same academic year, you must follow these steps:

  1. Complete the 2024-2025 Manitoba Student full-time paper application (fillable PDF) ( 435 KB) .
  2. Print the completed application.
  3. Sign and date the application in all required areas.
  4. Submit the completed application to Manitoba Student Aid by: Mail:

Part-time Application

If you are going to a university or college, you are a part-time student if you are taking 20 to 59% of a full course load each term.

To submit a part-time application (if your course load is 20 – 59% of a full course load), you must follow these steps:
